A/ WARM-UP ACTIVITY (5 minutes)

a. Objectives:

- To create an active atmosphere in the class before the lesson.

- To lead into the new lesson.

b. Content:

- Game: Chase the pictures, guess the words

c. Expected outcomes:

- Students can guess the topic through pictures

d. Organisation:

Chase the pictures, guess the words

Teacher: "Hello everyone! Today we'll start the lesson with a little warm-up game. Are you ready?"

Teacher: "To play this game, you will use your phone or tablet. Please access the link or scan the QR code that I will show on the screen." (Teacher provides the pre-created Quizizz/Kahoot! link/QR code with images and keywords related to Units 4-5-6).

Students: Access the digital tools.

Teacher: "Our game is called 'Picture Puzzle'. I will show three pictures (related to Units 4-5-6). Your task is to find the keyword for each picture and enter your answer into Quizizz/Kahoot! You have 15 seconds for each question."

Students: Observe the images, think, and enter keywords into the digital tool. (NL1(1.1.TC1a) - Extracting information from digital images to solve problems).

Teacher: "Great! Let's see the results. Does anyone want to share their keywords and explain why they chose them?" (Teacher calls on a few students to share).

Students: Share their answers and explanations.

Teacher: "Very good! So, from these keywords, can you guess what the main topic of today's lesson is?"

Students: Give their answers.

Teacher: "Exactly! Today we will review the vocabulary and grammar we learned in Units 4, 5, and 6. Are you ready?"

Teacher-Student Interaction:

"Did you find this game interesting? Do you like learning this way?" (NLa(1.1.TCa) - Human-centered thinking through listening to student feedback).

"Did you encounter any difficulties using the application?" (NL5(5.1.TC5a) - Problem-solving using technology when students encounter technical errors).
