I. OBJECTIVES: * By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to gain the following items:

1. Knowledge:

- Read for general and specific information about experiences in a summer course.

- Talk about their experiences of a course.

* Integrated skills: Listening, speaking, reading, writing.

* Vocabulary:

- Use the words related to experiences and adjectives describing experiences;

- Pronounce the sounds /j/ and /w/ correctly in words and sentences;

+ Apologise and respond;

* New words: touching (adj); soldiers (n) ; army-like (adj), strict (adj), theme (n)….

+ Talk about a friend's experiences of a course;

* Grammar:

- To Form and use the present perfect tense.

2. Competence:

- Develop communication skills and creativity.

- Be co-operative and supportive in pair work and teamwork.

Digital Competence (1.2.TC2a; 2.3.TC1b): Online Information Search & Digital Note-taking. Students search for basic information about a course or camp, save useful notes in a shared class document, and use the notes to support a short speaking report about a course experience.

Digital evidence/assessment: one digital note with course name, place/time, 1 activity, 1 feeling adjective and source note; teacher checks source relevance and speaking accuracy.

3. Personal qualities:

- Understand more about their preference of different types of schools and show their love for the school.

- Actively participate in class and school activities

Objectives For students with disabilities

By the end of the lesson, students can:

- recognize and say 4 course words: course, camp, soldier, and strict, with teacher's help.

- tick 1-2 experiences they have had or want to have.

- read a short part of the text and choose 1 correct answer with teacher's help.

- ask and answer 2 simple questions about a course: Where was it? How did you feel?

- report 1 short sentence about a partner's course, using a sentence frame.
