I. OBJECTIVES

By the end of the lesson, students are expected to achieve the following objectives:

1. Knowledge:

- Practice speaking skills and listening for main ideas and specific information.

- Pronunciation: identify intonation in tag and choice questions and provide further pronunciation practice.

- Grammar: Understand and use the grammars in unit 9 and 10.

2. Competencies:

a. General competencies:

- Improve competencies: teamwork, critical thinking, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill, self-study skill, creativeness and adaptability.

b. Specific competencies:

- Develop critical thinking skill;

- Be collaborative and supportive in pair work and team work;

- Actively join in class activities.

3. Qualities:

- Develop self-study skills.
