By the end of the lesson, students are expected to achieve the following objectives:

1. Knowledge:

- Vocabulary: Understand and put words/ phrases related to the environmental problems to good use : recycle, illegal, emission

- Pronunciation: Pronounce the following words, words clusters correctly

- Grammar: - Revise the reported speech

2. Competencies:

a. General competencies:

- Improve competencies: teamwork, critical thinking, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill, self-study skill, creativeness and adaptability.

b. Specific competencies:

- Identify environmental problems and relevant solutions;

- Gain an overview about the outline and useful expressions for making oral presentations on solutions to an environmental problem.

3. Qualities:

- Understand more about benefits of protecting the environment and raise Ss’ awareness of taking part in environmental activities;

4. Digital Competences (Năng lực số):

· 1.1NC1a: Identify information needs; find data, information, and content in a digital environment (through interacting with the digital game "Lucky Wheel" and viewing projected images).
